Shipments from its western terminals have surged to a rate of about 2.3 million barrels a day so far this month, ship-tracking data compiled by Bloomberg show. While that’s about 50% more than the kingdom has shipped from Red Sea in any month since the end of 2016, it’s far below the 6 million a day that the country has exported from the Persian Gulf in recent months.
