2月24日，浙江大学团队在《神经元》（Neuron）发表论文Endogenous retrovirus-derived RNA-DNA hybrids induce microglial synaptic pruning in autism models，报告他们发现内源性逆转录病毒（ERV，一类特殊的逆转座序列，在基因组中拥有大量序列相似的拷贝）衍生的RNA-DNA杂交体诱导自闭症模型中的小胶质细胞突触修剪。研究团队使用已被美国FDA批准用于治疗HIV感染的逆转录酶抑制剂进行早期干预，能够显著抑制ERV的逆转录活性，从源头上减少RNA-DNA杂交体的形成，进而降低补体分子的C4b表达、减轻小胶质细胞的过度修剪，最终挽救小鼠的自闭症核心症状。。爱思助手下载最新版本对此有专业解读
One of the most important countermeasures against credential abuse is the ability to ban users who behave badly. This sort of revocation happens all the time on real sites: for example, when a user posts spam on a website, or abuses the site’s terms of service.
