第六十七条 裁决书应当写明仲裁请求、争议事实、裁决理由、裁决结果、仲裁费用的负担和裁决日期。当事人协议不愿写明争议事实和裁决理由的，可以不写。裁决书由仲裁员签名，加盖仲裁机构印章。对裁决持不同意见的仲裁员，可以签名，也可以不签名。

Thanks to the added level of customization, I was able to capture higher-quality photos that looked truer to life than those from the Instax Mini 12, Mini 41, and Mini Evo. Granted, the Mini 99 is an analog camera, not a hybrid like the Evo, so you shouldn’t buy it if you also want to print smartphone photos. The newer model is also less user-friendly than the Mini 12 and Mini 41, so I wouldn’t recommend it for young children.
